I had just bought a WRX from the boise suburu dealership about 2 months ago. Took it to Stateline autograph suburu in fruitland for my first oil change. An hour later the mechanic comes up to me telling me he broke my drain plug off because it was torqued too hard and he wont be able to fix it. I said what can we do? Service was good, however I asked for a dash light to be looked into months ago with my last service. The light was shut off but the issue was not resolved. This time I asked again, Robert shut it off again but it came right back on. Serivce then found that the sensor was cracked and needs replaced.

The service department did a great job accommodating servicing of my 2017 Nissan Rogue before I had to go out of town. They provided ride to and from my Fruitland Substitute Teacher Training on the day of service. They also provided a list of recommended service needed with possible cost. FINALLY, to my surprise, my vehicle was given a bath!!! I really appreciated the accommodations and friendly helpful people. Looking forward to bringing my vehicle in again! 🙂

Brandon was a great salesman to work with, he was very kind and friendly and on top of that very knowledgeable. His patience was outstanding, I was there ever since I got off at work at 12 and I was there until 4 in the afternoon, and throughout the process the rest of the staff were also kind when it came to helping me and my family since this was my first purchase of a vehicle. I was having issues on the interstate with my vehicle and immediately headed over, and they took me right away. Ours did not foot (i.e., did not add up... they had a side note about the additional cost that was included in the total, but was not included in the column of numbers).

He helped her even though she had to deal with the Ontario dealership. I will never do business with the Ontario dealership because of the way I was treated. My sister was given the run around at the Ontario dealership and Robert stepped in to help. She finally got her vehicle repaired correctly. Robert is the only reason I got to Stateline.

Bought used vehicle from dealer July 2025. Was told car had two key fobs. When car picked up only one. Was told it was our problem. New key fob will cost us another $500. above what we agreed to pay. Paid cash for car, gas tank only 1/4 full even though I had indicated I expected to have a full tank. With all the add on items at closing paid approx. $4000. more than initial agreed price. Still no consideration on items that should have been done. Also, day we picked up the vehicle it had not been washed.

My husband went to get our oil changed and he noticed our car was parked and appeared to be finished. He saw people who arrived after him get their vehicles back before him. Stateline Auto in Fruitland USED to have the best customer service, especially in the parts department. The service we have received over the past six months or so has been absolutely appalling!! Our 2020 Forrester needed it's 60,000 mile service and since we bought the car there we decided to use Stateline's service facility. All of the personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were receptive to us pointing out small tears on the passenger seat and the arrangement of a loaner car. The only downside was the initial scheduling of the appointment. The scheduler called us at 5:45 am (Pacific Time) because we live in Oregon.

I love being at this beautifully decorated dealership while my Subaru receives maintenance. It is spotlessly clean and wonderfully warm on cold days because of the huge, brick fireplace, filled with (real) crackling logs. Lessons learned...never again buy a used vehicle from this dealership. No trade....cash deal...paid the asking price....we were assuming they would show respect to us in return. CarFax showed the vehicle was Canadian, so we asked Juan if all the metric dash components had been converted to US standards. He assured us with great confidence they were. Speedo was converted, but on the way home with the car we noticed the temp indicators are in Celsius. We followed the owner's manual process for switching the temp gauges, but it doesn't work. I started coming to the service department with Chris Baker and have never had an issue before Marcos and Valentino showed up. Seems like all new employees, new management, new sales staff…they all like their “cell phones”… the only lady car salesman was the only one to come out of her office to talk to us, and went above and beyond to get us the correct answer to a question with a symbol popping up on our dash board, that the staff on the shop side couldn’t answer, they directed us to talk to a car salesman!! Wish I would have gotten her name, she was as great!

Too much pressure 3/4 through signing papers to upsell things I shouldn't have got, including things I was led to believe came with the car, especially the center brake light that was already built into the car.
