Has a reasonable selection of cars but be sure to read your contract before signing. I found four insurances added to my car that I didn't ask for but I was charged almost $2,300.
Love the car--hate the contract. We are adults and should have known better. I thought we were clear and the contract was settled. It wasn't until days later that I realized we had signed up 4 additional aftermarket "insurance" policies--$2,300 worth of useless policies as I already have full coverage insurance. Pay attention-don't let them wear you down.

I had just bought a WRX from the boise suburu dealership about 2 months ago. Took it to Stateline autograph suburu in fruitland for my first oil change. I really appreciate Gino and Randy for their amazing patience in my car buying experience! I showed up at the dealership late in the day with my incredibly active 3 year old and they were both so kind and patient with us! Gino saved the day with his snacks for my toddler, and Randy stayed after hours to make sure that I got my vehicle that same day! I ended up with a perfect vehicle for me and my needs!
Watch out for the filter scam. Wife went in for a oil change. Service guy came out with picture of cabin filter, told wife to decline. When she got home, I checked it myself, the picture was not of our filter.

I had a radiator hose fail on a cross country trip and stateline auto ranch went over and above to get me back on the road. The simple solution was wait for the part delivery in 12 hrs. Service people are nice. However, after a $2,300 service the wiper fluid was left empty. Makes me wonder what else is low. The little things matter!
Window was fixed quickly and seems to be working fine. Loved how nice and clean car was when I got back.. Asked them to fax insurance the bill hoping they would reimburse some of it. Sure they did but insurance hasn't responded and let me down...
Very nice reception and quick response to minor items. Did not know until after I was enroute to Alaska that no head rests were included for the backseats a total of 3. Cup holder was also missing in the back seat.
Was out visiting family almost 8 hours away from home when my check engine light came on, thankfully the Subaru Dealership and Ron Byers really stepped in to help me get back on the road and found the extended warranty, I was also able to relax while they worked on getting my car up in their clean and cozy lobby. If you are in the area and need anything Subaru related this is the best place to go. Again big thank you to Ron and his team saved my life
Robert in the service department was very kind and helpful. He made the process of getting my subaru fixed from start to finish very easy.
Service was good, however I asked for a dash light to be looked into months ago with my last service. The light was shut off but the issue was not resolved. This time I asked again, Robert shut it off again but it came right back on. Serivce then found that the sensor was cracked and needs replaced.

The service department did a great job accommodating servicing of my 2017 Nissan Rogue before I had to go out of town. They provided ride to and from my Fruitland Substitute Teacher Training on the day of service. They also provided a list of recommended service needed with possible cost. FINALLY, to my surprise, my vehicle was given a bath!!! I really appreciated the accommodations and friendly helpful people. Looking forward to bringing my vehicle in again! 🙂
Was travelling when my 2021 Outback experienced some mechanical issue. We limped into the dealership where we met Robert Head, explained our experience, and answered his questions. Within an hour, my vehicle was repaired, and we continued on our trip with a freshly washed vehicle. Robert is a rockstar at your dealership with the support of professionals who take pride in their work. A Grateful Thank You to the dealership and the personnel I interacted with.
Brandon was a great salesman to work with, he was very kind and friendly and on top of that very knowledgeable. His patience was outstanding, I was there ever since I got off at work at 12 and I was there until 4 in the afternoon, and throughout the process the rest of the staff were also kind when it came to helping me and my family since this was my first purchase of a vehicle. Whatever you’re paying Brandon it’s not enough let me tell ya.

The team at Stateline Auto Ranch Subaru is amazing! I don't have a Subaru, but they advertise that they take walk-ins and all makes and models. I was having issues on the interstate with my vehicle and immediately headed over, and they took me right away. Robert, Dillon, and Beau all made sure I was taken care of and my vehicle was back to almost brand new!

State line auto went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth.Gino went above and beyond, I walked in at closing (thinking they closed an hour later), he didn’t say a word about it but greeted me and let me take the test drive. Both him and the sales manager never once (until I mentioned it being quiet) said a word about them being past closing time. The follow up was amazing and the work they did to put the deal together was beyond exceptional.
My service appointment came off smoothly, no surprises, or up charges. I did the 180k on my Outback, it came in on "budget" as per Robert Heads quote. Timely appointment, meaning no delays.

These guys are AWESOME and everything you’d expect from Subaru. On a recent road trip, we sprang a leak in our tire. Looked these guys up and popped in for help. They couldn’t have been more wonderful. They replugged a leaking plug at no charge. They were kind, so friendly and wonderfully helpful to both us and our dog! Our sales rep was great... very helpful. The closer must be watched... check the addition on the columns of costs numbers he gives you! Ours did not foot (i.e., did not add up... they had a side note about the additional cost that was included in the total, but was not included in the column of numbers).
