The 2024 Subaru Solterra offers Subaru’s advanced zero-emission StarDrive all-electric drivetrain consisting of two electric motors that generate a combined 215 horsepower and 249 lb-ft of torque, and the all-electric SUV is equipped with Subaru’s standard Symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive system. Using this electric powertrain setup, the all-new Subaru Solterra’s entry-level Premium is rated for up to 94 MPGe on the highway and 114 MPGe in the city. The 2024 Subaru Solterra’s mid-range Limited and range-topping Touring deliver an EPA-estimated fuel economy rating of up to 93 MPGe highway and 111 MPGe city.

2024 Subaru Solterra Battery
The 2024 Subaru Solterra features a battery pack capacity of 72.8 kWh as well as faster charging capabilities for the new model year. The all-new Subaru Solterra offers an improved DC fast-charge capability of 150 kW, and you can now charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 35 minutes at a public DCFC charging station. The Subaru Solterra’s onboard 6.6-kW charger is capable of recharging the battery in nine hours when plugged into a Level 2 charging station. Not only that, but the 2024 Subaru Solterra’s battery warming system gets improvements that aid charging in cold weather, and the battery can charge two times faster at 32 degrees and four times faster at 14 degrees thanks to the newly upgraded charging system.
